The Five-Pagoda Temple is also called the Sarira Pagoda of Diamond Throne. The temple was built in 1732, the 10th year of the Yongzheng Reign of the Qing. Among its notable features is the 16-metre-high structure consisting of five tiny pagodas that are elevated atop a Diamond Throne. It is also sometimes known as the "Thousand Buddha Pagoda" for the 1,560 reliefs of Buddhas carved into the pagoda walls.
