Jiuzhaigou in the north of the Sichuan Province is an area of immense natural beauty incorporating fabulous lakes, waterfalls, mountains and forests. It is also a natural reserve for wild animals and has been internationally recognized by its admittance to the World Heritages List of UNESCO (1992) and by becoming a World Biosphere Reserve (1997) and has also been officially certified as sustainable by Green Globe 21.
Tour Itinerary: (B-Breakfast, L-Lunch, D-Dinner)Day 01: ChengduOur dedicated local guide will await your arrival in Chengdu, and will bring you to your hotel. After your check in you may use the rest of the day to explore or relax as you wish.Accommodation: Tibet Hotel Chengdu 4 star (Or Similar Class)
Day 02: Chengdu (B/L/D)
In the morning our tour shall begin with visits to the Wuhou Shrine, the Thached Cottage for Dufu and the Taoist Temple. Then our tour brings us to the Qingyang Palaceand a chance to see the beautiful Shu Embroidery and Shu Brocade.Accommodation: Tibet Hotel Chengdu 4 star (Or Similar Class)Day 03: Chengdu- Wolong Nature Reserves-Chengdu (B/L/D)In the morning you will be picked up at the hotel to go to the Wolong Panda Reserve, where you can observe the panda in its natural environment. For a small donation to the Panda Base Fund you can even get a picture with a real panda! After Wolong we will return to Chengdu.Accommodation: Tibet Hotel Chengdu 4 star (Or Similar Class)
Day 04: Chengdu/Jiuzhaigou (B/L/D)
We will collect you in the morning to catch your flight to Jiuhuang Airport. Upon arrival you will be shown the sigthts of Huanglong Valley. Huanglomg Valley is full of great sites and the full tour should take the whole afternoon (3-4 hours). It is important to remember that the altitude is very high (over 3000m) and so extra care must be taken to avoid overdoing it.We shall then travel to Jiuzhaigou to spend the night.Accommodation: Jiuzhaigou Xingyu International Hotel 4 star (Or Similar Class)Day 05: Jiuzhaigou(B/L/D)In the morning we shall take the special Jiuzhaigou Pollution Free Bus which will then bring us on a tour of Shuzheng and Zezawa Valley; the Pearl Sands and Shuzheng Waterfall. Follow by the stunning collection of Shuzheng, Panda, Chang, Rainbow, Tiger and Rhinoceros Lake. Conclude with the Tibetan mills.As an extra treat there is an evening show of local Tibetan culture.Accommodation: Jiuzhaigou Xingyu International Hotel 4 star (Or Similar Class)
Day 06: Jiuzhaigou/Chengdu (B/L/D)
Return flight to Chengdu in the morning.
