Latvia

Latvia, officially the Republic of Latvia, is a Northern European country in the Baltic region. Bordered to the north by Estonia, to the south by Lithuania, to the east by the Russian Federation, and to the southeast by Belarus, the territory of Latvia covers an area of 64,589 square kilometers with a population of around 2.2 million people. China and latvia established diplomatic relations on September 12th, 1991. Since then the two nations have developed very healthy mutual cooperation and exchanging on various aspects.
