The Master of the Nests Garden is one of the many gardens located in Suzhou. The garden was built in the Song Dynasty and went through several renovations after the Taiping Rebellion that occurred in the 1860s. The garden is very beautiful and focuses around the centerpiece pond that is filled with fish. The garden is also very well kept. In order to arrive at the main entrance, visitors must travel through a maze of Hutongs and pass by several vendors selling antiques and souvenirs.

This particular garden is easy to walk around and not particular large; however, the garden is filled with many mazelike paths that will allow visitors to spend some quality time enjoying the scenery. There is also an art gallery inside filled with local Suzhou works of art that can be purchased if so desired.
