Albania

Albania, the Republic of Albania, is located in the western part of Balkan Peninsula in South-Eastern Europe. It covers a total area of 28,748 square kilometers, of which 3/4 is hilly geography and with a coastal line of 472 kilometers. Albania has a population of more than 3.13 million, of which the main ethnic is Albanians. Albania established diplomatic relations with China on December 23rd, 1949. Since then the bilateral friendship between Albania and China has been developing, sound and steady. The two have put great effort on mutual cooperation in many fields.
